"What's the name of the piece of music played before the Radio 4 late night shipping forecast?"

The music played before the late night shipping forecast is called Sailing By, composed by Ronald Binge.  The version we use is not commercially available but you will find similar versions on CDs which feature the music of Ronald Binge.
