"I’m having problems playing BBC Radio content online through the new Radioplayer console – can you help?"

We are aware from feedback that some users are experiencing issues when attempting to play content through the new Radioplayer console.

Browser problems - Mozilla Firefox

• Please try upgrading to the latest version, Firefox 4.0*

• Enable cookies

• Upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Flash Player*

If you're having problems with installing Flash on the Adobe website, or would like to know more, BBC WebWise has a guide to installing it.

If the above instructions still do not resolve the issue and you would like to report the issue to us via our contact us form, please advise what version of Flash you are currently using - just right click on the main window in Radioplayer and select ‘About Adobe Flash Player'.


Browser problems - Google Chrome

There is a problem with scroll bars appearing when you use the Radioplayer console in this browser. We're working on a fix for this which will be released on Wednesday 6 April 2011.


Search issues

We're currently experiencing some issues with search within the Radioplayer console. We're investigating these problems and hope to resolve them soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
