Windows
Internet Explorer
1. Choose Tools then Internet Options from the sub menu
2. Then click on the General tab
3. Under the Home page section type in www.bbc.co.uk
Alternatively, if you are already on the www.bbc.co.uk page then press Use current button which will insert the full URL automatically in the text field
4. Click Apply and then OK.
Mozilla Firefox
1. Choose Tools from main menu, then Options... from the sub menu
2. Click on the General section
3. Under the Startup heading, in the Homepage text field type www.bbc.co.uk
Alternatively, if you are already on the www.bbc.co.uk page then you can press Use current page button which will insert the full URL automatically in the text field
4. Click OK.
Google Chrome
1. Choose Options from Customise and control Google Chrome on top right of the browser
2. Click on the Basics tab
3. Under the Homepage section, choose Open this page and type in www.bbc.co.uk
5. Click Close.
Opera
1. Select Settings from Menu, then Preferences...
2. Click on the General tab
3. In the Homepage text field type www.bbc.co.uk
