"I’ve seen commercial advertising on the BBC website – how do I provide feedback on this or get help with issues related to the advertising?"

The BBC puts advertising on its website for users outside the UK. We use the income to help fund BBC services and keep the licence fee, (paid by UK households), lower than it otherwise would be.

If you're experiencing an issue with video advertising on our site, please contact us using this webform.

If you've seen what you believe to be inappropriate advertising on our site, please read this FAQ for advice and details on how to let us know.

If you're experiencing technical issues related to advertising on our site, please contact us using this webform.

If you live in the UK and can see advertising on the BBC website, please read this FAQ for information and how to get in touch to let us know.

If this did not answer your question, please advise what information you would expect to be provided.

The above form should only be used to provide feedback related to the question and answer highlighted above. We are unable to respond to any feedback received through this form, however we do read all comments and use these to help improve the quality of the FAQs we publish. If you wish to comment on any other BBC related issue other than the content of this site, please do so via our webform.
