What software do I need to play episodes of a podcast?

To listen to an episode you will need a media player, a piece of software, that can play mp3 files. The operating system that controls your computer should come pre-loaded with a media player.  If you do not have appropriate software loaded, try one of the players that are popular with BBC users.

Popular media players include Windows Media Player, Quicktime, RealPlayer, iTunes and Winamp.
