I live in the Granada TV region - why am I receiving BBC One Wales instead of BBC One North West?

Digital switchover is happening in the Granada Region.

We're aware that after re-tuning, some viewers are receiving the wrong BBC One region.

First, try a full re-tune, so please visit the TV Re-tune website for information on how to do this.

If that fails, you may need to perform a manual retune, so please visit the Manual re-tuning guide on the Digital UK website for information on how to do this.
