I've tried to set my location on the homepage of the BBC website using my postcode or town name, but I'm told it isn't recognised. What do I do?
If you've typed your postcode or town name correctly, then our database should be able to find it. If it doesn't recognise it or comes up with information about the wrong location, please report this as a technical fault by filling in our brief report form.
